Thanks to all. I started this thread thinking there might just be a couple of comments. There are now 118 replies and I've read them all. It's been thoughtful, interesting, and above all entertaining to view the various answers, opinions, and commentaries. It's one of the reasons I joined this board, it broadens your horizons.
