it was the tax free weekend this weekend. Just curious if anyone else got trigger happy. I also found out how to apply it to gun broker for the weekend.

I bought more ammo I don't need. However, if things heat up like I think it might, it might be money well spent. Who knows! Bottom line is all of my bigger purchases were done before the tax-free holiday.

I did buy an ADM Aimpoint mount that I probably saved a couple bucks on, so it wasn't a total waste.

What scares me is not having mine---I feel sure you probably have your share

I too bought 200 rounds of 556 to test my AR-15 I built. 3 magazines in and zeroed my vortex strikefire 2 in the process. No the remaining 4 magazines are for fun.

I bought nothing related to firearms. Did buy a new Allen + Roth composite single-bowl drop-in "farm" sink for the kitchen and a Moen Georgene faucet for it. Too d**n nice.
