I made a shrimp fettuccine for dinner this evening. This is a kind of quick cook meal that taste like it took longer to cook.

    Shrimp cooked and set aside.

A little fast forward and it was done!

Time to eat! Served with honey buttered carrots warmed and buttered St. Joseph bread.

Hard to beat the addition of fresh grated Parmesan cheese and fresh cracked black pepper!

I agree with you saying it is a quick, easy and delicious meal. I know using fresh shrimp is the best, but using frozen local gulf shrimp adds to the easiness of the process. They thaw and are ready to use in about 10 to 15 minutes. It is one of our favorites and beats "TV Dinners" every time. Really love your cooking posts. Please keep them up.
