Synthetic stock question for SKS

I have a Norinci SKS and was thinking about going to a synthetic stock. Are there any nout there that will fit without having to do any cutting or drilling? I do not have that capability so am hoping to find one that will be a direct fit. Thanks for your help.

Not going to a folding stock but a full size stock.

My current wood stock evidently has had the finish, etc., removed. If I keep the wood stock what could I finish the stock with for protection from the elements?

The only ones I fooled with required the upper front hand guard to be fitted. The instructions didn't say anything about it. They were Norinco & ATI stocks. Maybe other brands would be different.

You have to watch legality on this sort of thing. Folding stocks may mess you up. I'm not the guy to get that info from.

I'd spend my money on something else.

Get something called True Oil. I got mine from Wally World for about $5. If you take your time and follow instructions you can get a really nice finish that will be element resistant. Do the stock off of the gun and treat all areas. Buy some steel wool for between coats.
