probably has to do with teh fact they didn't want ot go head to head with the NFL on sunday nights. Smart move on their part, imo.

Plausable theory, but I don't think that is it! Because they are doing it with other shows. Grimm (for example), was a Friday night show.

I do know that the producers of WD didn't realize how popular the show would become and they only did so many initial episodes. That first hiatus was a year to film more. Now they are splitting one season intto two parts.

I am sticking with them in Hollywood just being douches.

walking dead all day all night right now on amc. the only thing that bugs me is why don't they carry ruger 10/22s and a couple boxes of 550 bulk???? they could take herds out instead of running away all the time.

i loved every minute. to me it was about the great characters, not just the epic story. kirkman says there is no end in sight for the walking dead story. i figure his son will take over the walking dead comic when kirkman gets too old, this is when i suspect rick will die and carl takes over. about 40 years from now(real time).

yep, this show may last longer than most of us.
