    Associated Press
CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (AP) - Prosecutors announced Wednesday
that a grand jury had decided against bringing criminal charges
against three-time NASCAR champion Tony Stewart in the August death
of a driver at a sprint car race in upstate New York.

Ontario County District Attorney Michael Tantillo said the victim, Kevin Ward Jr.,
was under the influence of marijuana
the night of the accident "enough to impair judgment."
And he said two videos examined by investigators showed "no aberrational driving by Tony Stewart."

I smoked reefer once in high school. When I came too I was in the middle of I-12 east bound around the Albany exit doing the moon walk naked. It was a long walk home not having any shoes. Helluva drug.

That's actually a pretty amazing story to tell at the deer lease man!

My goodness I needed a good laugh...

I'm pretty sure most folks seeing a man get out of his car during a race,
run across the race track...during the race...and attempting to jump on race cars ...during a race...

KNEW he was high on something.

    Silly stoners!
I hope Stewart was able to wash off all the pieces of dipshit from his car, and the bodywork wasn't damaged too bad.

I can't believe they even entertained the idea. :dunno:

    However......

The deceased dummy's family is hinting about pursuing a civil lawsuit. I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this.

    :eek3: When laced with PCP!

I think your first one may have had something extra in it. ;)

...are maybe if he wasn't high... :dunno:

They are trying too hard to push the intoxicant in the bloodstream angle. Someone please explain the rules of dirt track racing to me. You see an accident in front of you and then you speed up? Do I have that correct?

I'm not saying Tony Stewart is guilty of anything nor am I saying that this Grand Jury had it wrong. I am saying that Tony Stewart is in the top 5 of popularity of all NASCAR participants and Marijuana by itself does not cause this type of misjudgment. Anger? Perhaps. Being stoned and being angry at the same time? Not so much. THC can remain in the bloodstream long after the effects are gone.

    Coincidence? :dunno:
