They are trying too hard to push the intoxicant in the bloodstream angle. Someone please explain the rules of dirt track racing to me. You see an accident in front of you and then you speed up? Do I have that correct?

I'm not saying Tony Stewart is guilty of anything nor am I saying that this Grand Jury had it wrong. I am saying that Tony Stewart is in the top 5 of popularity of all NASCAR participants and Marijuana by itself does not cause this type of misjudgment. Anger? Perhaps. Being stoned and being angry at the same time? Not so much. THC can remain in the bloodstream long after the effects are gone.

    Coincidence? :dunno:
Your argument is senseless, it's cut and dry, he was operating a race car at over 130 mph under the influence (the level of THC was that high). He stepped into the path of the oncoming car the video is clear Tony Stewart did not swerve. I am not a Tony Stewart fan, but I have been at race tracks almost weekly for the last 30 years YOU DONT LEAVE THE CAR ! End of a tragic story

Just saying THC doesn't make you trip out of reality. Even the crap they have today. Which is much more potent than yesteryear's.

How many laps around the track had already been completed before this happened? Serious question; I really don't know.
