The total amount of hours on it is 13.4 hours so it's very little use.

The deck is the heavy all welded deck and not a stamped deck like you get at Lowes or HomeDepot.
The engine is the 23hp Kawasaki and is the higher end of all the mower engines.
As mentioned before this mower has never spent the night outside and is stored in my garage. You won't find a better deal on a mower in this shape other than a new mower for $4295 + Tax ($400)=$4700.
