This is exactly the debate I was hoping to spark. As of this morning via fox, Libya declares cease fire on the heels of the UN resolution. I'm of the mind that suppling rebels with supplies rather than man power would be the course of action to take.

This does'nt come without risk.
We supplied the mujahadeen with all kinds of arms including surface to air missiles, when they were fighting the ruskies in Afghanistan, and now those same arms are being used aginst the allied forces.
