Just ordered a 500,000 v saber for the wife along with a kimber pepper II for her and one for me and a 21" baton for me to substitute our non carry times. Those are always surrounded by work and we don't have a declared no weapons policy so i do what i can without losing a 17+ year career while keeping myself safe dealing with B.R. fools. We don't move around here without something to back up ourselves from the idiots that have infected this place since 2005. It has not gotten any better. Hopefully we can get a new Mayor, a new Chief, and a new BIG A$$ JAIL. I'd vote for all of those! :D:D

The tactical pens seem like a good idea, but a sharp pencil is as good as any dagger for at least a few stabs.

Also consider a belt with a heavy brass buckle. I have a heavy as hell NRA belt buckle that would ruin someone's skull when swung on the belt. The only problem there is it takes a few seconds to remove a belt, and a large belt buckle might also violate your job's dress code if there is one.

Have you seen those keychains they're selling at the gunshows? Paracord tied into a monkey's fist pattern over a steel ball. It's just a keychain, with a weight to keep it from falling out of your pocket.

I guess I'd carry a cop - a small one that shoots good.

I always carry unless I go to a place where I'm not supposed to,and that's very rare. If I can't carry a gun,I always have my Gerber knife and either my collapsable baton or my tazer/stun gun. Of course, this excludes any location where I have to endure a pat down and/or pass a metal detector.

A 12 inch piece of insulated wire knotted at both ends will open someone up pretty quick. It can be tucked under a shirt collar and deployed very quickly. That is a trick I learned from an ex bodyguard I used to work with.

Pics of wounds inflicted with this makeshift weapon?
    Or even the weapon itself!

Since my work has a very strict policy, I do carry a red laser pointer. I'm in and out of meetings throughout the day and we do use these at work and if all else fails, point it in the eye of the dood.

    That and a tactical pen...

don't forget a stapler when opened up, a pair of scissors, a computer keyboard, ANYTHING can be a weapon, just have to remember what you have at the time.
