I've bought a ton of stuff from Rainier Arms, good prices and stupidfast shipping, plus LEO discounts. Pretty much exclusive to AR's tho

budsgunshop.com has good prices, dunno if they have any LTR's,

peruse gunbroker, arfcom, etc. and look for a deal. Get it shipped to an FFL and pay your transfer fee. Larry at LA Gun and Reloading on Siegen in Baton Rouge is great to work with for those kinda things.
