Which "TACTICAL" 22 rifle and why?

I vote for the 10/22.

You can dress it up any way you want, from a ar-15 style stock to a bullpup. You can even drop in into a slightly modified airsoft P90 if you're creative.

Magazines. I seldom see magazines for all the other rifles mentioned, but EVERYONE has 10/22 mags <current climate excluded>. Granted, that may be because I'm not looking for them.

My vote would be the M&P 15/22. I started with the Mossberg as my first "Tattical" 22, by quickly upgraded to the M&P... Reasons why 1) tough to clean and 2) the rear charging handle on the mossberg is just for show. It's molded into the gun, the actual charging handle is one the side.
