wtt essential arms stripped lower

I bought this at the gun show back in January just in case my completed ar order didn't come in on time. Got a phone call from my dealer, it came in!!! After months of wait!! This is a brand new Essential Arms forged lower receiver 223/5.56 , tough coat. I'm looking for:

12 ga shotgun
savage/remington in either .270 or .308
trade + cash if needed

I'm in New Orleans but drive to Houston often , so I can meet you along the way.
