A couple of interesting facts. TSA orders all US passengers screened yet allows unchecked cargo from foreign countries to board the same airplanes. According to CBS News only 1/5th of cargo entering the US by air is screened. Yet according to the Financial News USA all US passengers will be screened. The bomb that brought down flight 103 over Lockerbie Scotland was hidden in a cassette player in luggage. So the question is this. While the TSA is screening all passengers flying and only 16% of air cargo coming from over seas which would be the best route for success to blow up an airplane?

Another article I found from CBS News April 2, 2010 mentioned this screening would be done selectively on people meeting a specific criteria. This makes a lot more sense than what the TSA is now doing. I tried to find sources to see if all foreign passenger entering the US were screened but cound not find an article.
