It's funny - I don't even like ARs but own 5 lowers and 6 uppers. They are useful tools, but other than the Bushmaster competition service rifle I got from the CMP, I have no affinity for them. I appreciate the aesthetics and history of the wood-stocked rifles a lot more, similar to the S&Ws.

I inherited this from my dad when he passed in 2011.
It's a S&W mdl 51 .22 magnum w/ a 3" bbl and adjustable rear sights. It was mfg'd in 1969. It is absolutely mint......and not for sale! Lol
    Enjoy!!

I own a model 10,15 and4046 and we would have to be awful hungry and broke before I would part with any of them.

Neither does a glock, springfield arms, beretta, or a Canik. And you don't have to spend $2000 to have an accurate, reliable semi auto firearm. Not even half that.
I think you may have missed my humor. Seems like staccato guns are the flavor or the month these days, so I figured I would be 1st to name drop. You know, show my superiority and annoy the "poors". Oh yeah, anderson ars are not worth buying. There ya go, I covered all the bases. Happy 2023!

    I carry a S & W Model 640, and practice with a Model 66-2 does THAT count?

(for the record, there are NO plastic, polymer or tupperware pews in my safe)
