Wanting to sell my go devil (homemade) , boat and trailer. I used the boat this year at my duck lease and I'll be getting out of the lease next year and my ole lady said we don't need another boat around the house so this one is up for sale. It's a 12' riveted flat (NO leaks), 6 or 6.5 HP go...
Toddrod I sure will come pick some from you when they are ready, I've been to your house once before when I bought some hoop nets off of you and been passing it a lot lately since I been going to Fred's to mess with my cans. For all the people that said they have used koolaid packets how many...
DWT I kinda cheat. I use that lil burner hooked up to a propane tank and I sit a cast iron pot on the burner with my wood in the pot. It still gives you a good smoke flavor but using the propane I can maintain my heat better and also don't use as much wood.
So the other day while I was starting to bottle up my wine I decided to light up my smoker that I had built a few months ago. I put some boneless chicken thighs, sausage and a pork loin stuffed with seasoned ground meat all wrapped up in a bacon weave. All of it, especially the pork loin! Here...
Well my wine finally finished and it came out pretty damn good if I must say so myself! I ended up bottling around 3 1/2 gallons of strawberry. I went pick a few blackberries the other day but it almost wasn't even worth my time cause I didn't get very many at all. I guess I need to wait a lil...
Found one thanks BS. Also thanks RedNeckRuger didn't know there was a place fairly close to the house I will surely be checking it out after our turnaround at work ends.
Never heard of onion wine but like you said Fred I'm sure it would be great to cook with. How are ya'll making ya'lls wine I just have a 5 gallon kentwood jug I'm using but my uncle will be getting me a 3-5 gallon glass jug soon.
Anyone got any wine going right now? I have some strawberry right now and just looked yesterday and the black berries should start popping up soon. Also anyone ever tried mulberry wine? I have like 3 mulberry trees in my backyard and I was thinking about trying to make some mulberry wine and...

better pic of the grill I used.
at noon this was the internal temp of the back roast.
6 hours into the cook and this was the first time we opened the grill.
the pig is complete. All the burnt was fat, we were told to leave it on so that the meat don't come out burnt.
totally done once the...
...soaking in apple juice, brown sugar and syrup for about a week to help add some flavor. Total cook time was 9 hours, when the back roast hit 170* it was completely done. We then made up out own lil brine which had white and brown sugar, wine, apple cider and I think that's all. We put the...
So there must be this new thing going around where people are getting burned for no reason. What was it a few months ago where teens were going around knocking people out just for the fun of it, well now they are going around and setting people on fire. Why is that the media don't want to cover...
...grill before and did about a dozen pigs on it, to assit me some what. I'm expecting it to take around 10-12 hours til I get an interal temp of 170*. Just let me know if you did this before and have some advice for me. To go with the pig I will be cooking a jambalaya. I'll take some pics and...
