      casting someone must have the arm of a gorilla to use 10 cavity H&G.I have used a 6 cavity when I was much younger,now I use lee 6 cavity.I have a couple of lyman 45 lubers but use lee bullet sizing dies with TL.

      .223 cast bullets

      lead Lead has less friction than jacket so it has LESS pressure.but goes faster.you may need a slower powder to keep the pressure up for the gas port.but that may lower you velocity because you cant put as much powder in the case. try cast boolite site they may have a load.

      reloading lee sells a 2 cavity mold for $18 from midsouthshooters.com.I use the 6 cavity molds.you can melt lead WW in a cast iron pot and dip with a lyman ladle.heck of a sight cheaper than buying.
