FWIW...all local networks have pre-empted shows for Special Reports.
It looks like the 3 gunmen got away. They were heavily armed and wearing black...with possible vests. But they sped away in a SUV before police arrived.

Seems odd that I see no info about the suspects. 3 men dressed in black with ak-47's in a black SUV is what I could gather so far. Doesn't sound like the stereotypical angry white male. Uh oh, they used "assault style weapons" according to the chief of police. He made sure he repeated that several times. One male and one female suspect were killed. Waiting for an ID on the suspects.

"Farooq Saeed" is a name supposedly heard several times on police scanners and is an unconfirmed suspect in the shooting. Sounds like a terrorist attack.
