It's all a clear cut violation of the 2nd amendment of the Bill of Rights, as is the NFA, GCA, and Hughes Amendment to the FOPA.

We as a Government fearing nation allow this violation of our Constitutionally protected natural rights.

The Federal Government should be stepping in, and protecting our rights from the State Government.

Asking if this is a violation only goes to show how far of track we are from where we should be. Whenever you do something strictly because "It's the LAW", you should ask yourself why you allow it to be a law. The government gets it's power from the people. Let your elected officials know how you feel, remind them that they can either represent you, or you'll find someone that will.

We need to stop kicking dust and shrugging our shoulders.

The States cannot make a law that is violation of the US Constitution.

It's the Federal Government's (US Supreme Court) job to enforce the US Constitution. And as we all know, they do not.

It's the State's job to protect us from the Federal government. (Not that's it's supposed to be, but some of them have done a damn fine job)
