CCW is prohibited. Deputies work the door and will render safe any weapons you have, and zip tie the slides back or in some fashion to keep a round from entering the chamber.

My thing is they sell everything I need there to get through that and shoot people. I can buy a knife to cut the zip tie, ammo to shoot the gun, and a whole new gun if I wanted to.

And yes, it is my department that works it!

You also can't bring in ammo.

I'll be there Saturday morning before the doors open to drop off a stack of LOCAL trifold informational pamphlets. Then I'm headed over to Cabela's to sit in on the LSA meeting and elections and renew my dues. I don't plan on actually going to the show and looking around.

Some dealers accept plastic . Most of them , probably . Bring some cash just in case .

I stopped by about 8:40am and dropped off a stack of LOCAL pamphlets at the exit table then came home. I had a busy night at work last night and am tired. Never made it to Cabela's / LSA.

Agreed. And the liquor store right by it is top notch. They know their stuff, IMO, and the prices are surprisingly cheap. Even cheaper than I find at Wally World.

I didn't see either of those items there, but I did see plenty of sugar coated nuts and a whole buttload of Jello candles.

I ended up buying nothing, but I got my Red Jacket shirt and stickers and met up with mcinfanty, ran into McFarland and met Vince from Red Jacket. All in all worth the admission. The only person I didn't get to talk to was Larry from Larry's guns. He's supposed to be holding a price on an R9 for me, but he was packed busy.
