From what I gather Ron Paul is saying we need to mind our own business and leave the rest of the world alone. The last time that was done it resulted in WWII.
Still he is better than Obama.

For me it is either Cain or Newt even though I admit I will vote for anyone other than Obama. Paul is not electable and neither is Bachman, Perry, Santorim. Cain is now out also. The only way I will vote for Romney is if he gets the nomination. If I have to choose between Newt or Mit, Mit is out. However, I say again I will vote for anyone but Obama and any other candidate of the Democrat (Socialist) party.

I wised up in the 70's and haven't voted for a democrat for office in anything since, that includes local and state elections.

This go round we have to choose from what is offered and I will. As far as Obama goes........"The Mo Fo Gotta Go!"

I truly think Paul is electable...

Obama has the really low approval ratings
Many republicans have the anyone but Obama rally cry
    Independent vote
Disenfranchised left of center anti war crowd
    Only true conservative available
Media pick of top pollster is a revolving door, but Paul's support and polling is steady and growing

And I think Dr Paul will shock in Iowa.

Many republicans would never vote for an independent. Many democrats would never vote for an independent. There are too many people sucked into the political machine that is the 2 party system.

Even some hardcore libs I know are liking Paul lately, thanks to his stances on gay marriage, drug legalization, and war. I like the guy, but I'm like most- I can't vote for a 3rd party candidate that stands NO chance of winning.

Funny how we absolutely will NOT be slaves to a single ruling party...

...but we will sell our freedom CHEAP to two.

Newt is a big government progressive Republican. He is NOT a conservative. I'll take Mitt before I vote for that SOB. If you don't like Paul, why not look into Santorum or Bachmann? Newt thinks FDR was the best president of the 20th century, are you kidding me?? He is on the record supporting healthcare mandates and he lobbied for Freddie and Fannie. If you vote for Newt you can't call yourself a conservative and be taken seriously.

Just hope and pray that if the Pretender soemehow manages to rally as many beleeding heart, white guilt-ridden saps this time around as he did last time, that the majority in the Senate goes big to Republicans.

if you are conservative you know in your mind he is" THE ONE" to get us out of the mess this country is in. And yes, it will hurt some folks , but easy days are over if you live in that world.

    You have to be joking???
And Ron Paul isn't the answer either....

Why is isreal so important to you that you would ignore all other issues a choose this to concentrate on?

Why in the he-l would you say I said "ignore all other issues"??? I did not say that .. Just because I did not ramble on page after page of all the important issues we face I just mentioned one of the most important.

If you think the "israel" issue isn't important then you need to read the Bible and see what will happen to a "people" that does not stand with Israel.

You can worry about economics, housing, starvation, jobs all you want to but none of that will matter if we cannot stop OUR ENEMIES from acquiring WMD's and making the FIRST strike against us which is exactly what thev say they are going to do!!!!

Except Ron Paul will never in a million years get the nomination, especially since the press wants Newtie and Newtie will never beat Obama most especially if Paul or Trump runs on a third party ticket.

I'm voting Newt in the primary. I would be backing Bachmann, but her campaign fell apart. Sorry folks, I remember the 80's and 90's quite well, Newt's not perfect but he's a far sight better than Romney. Ron Paul is not even worth considering to me, and we can go round and round in the same stupid pro-paul/anti-paul arguments and nobody's mind is going to change. Especially mine.

In the General, I'm voting for the R that wins the primary. Even if it's Romney.

Newt is more of the same, guys: NWO flunkie; pro-NAFTA, pro-GATT, pro-WTO (in other words, pro "race to the bottom") while supporting transnational corporations he supports dismantling the social contract that supports you and I. Expect more of the same (only worse) with our foreign policy because unlike Obama he's an insider and will not appear to "flounder" on issues trying to test the waters doing the right thing then listening to his advisors. Newt will head us to Hades and will go full bore.

    It's about the Supreme Court!

Someone who truly understand the importance of this election. How goes the Supreme Court is how goes the country. Presidents and legislators are there for one term and can be voted out. The judges are there for a lifetime, their's and yours and what they decide ain't easily undone by anyone President included. Do I have to say the A word.
