Keep in mind items that have a serial number require a form 4473, so you have to either go to Pelican Gun and do one there OR pay for shipping to a dealer in your area and then pay FFL FEE, also ask Jason to ensure there is NO FFL charge on this items at the store since he pretty much sold them at cost so he is NOT making a dollar on this so the least we can do is pay him for a "transfer"

For the DOT you can probably pay shipping unless you want to pick it up in person.
