Don't know exactly when, but I hear that the owner of the building is actually in the process of fixing damage and remodeling the range to reopen. I hope that it will reopen soon as it is about 3 miles from my house.

Haven't heard anything about James buying it, but, Jason, the owner of the building plans on getting it up and running. I have been in contact with some of the past workers and have even helped a little with some cleanup. Hoping that it opens up better than before (new electronics maybe).
