No supplements, no vitamins. Just a sensible diet. But my fitness goals are simply to be strong and fit, no particular mass goal or such, and I'm patient, no need for me to rush. (I am boring aren't I?)

this is the best answer for anyone not bodybuilding or doing professional athletics of some kind.
if I could get more greenage in I could ditch my phyto's. May make that a short-term goal and work on it.
