TO get the guns, they have to be sent through an FFL.
If under 21 you cant buy through an an ffl.

If OP were to have them all put under his name then Private transaction them to you, it would be a straw purchase.

At least thats how i interpreted the law.

straw purchase if the person is unable to lawfully purchase it himself... purchasing specifically to resell the gun to someone under 21 would qualify.

I dunno about the legalities of xfering to persons under 21. IMHO, if you are old enough to serve in the military, you should be old enough to buy guns and beer. But, I don't make the laws.
It will be a week or two at least before I'm ready to buy.

We'll have to see how many we want to get. I can collect cash from everyone and put everything a credit card, maybe, but I can't take credit card as payment. My FFL can but there will be fees involved.
