Yesterday I prepped some chicken breasts three different ways. Two smaller breasts were sliced and stuffed with ham and one with a chunk of colby/jack cheese and the other with pepperjack cheese and both of those were wrapped with bacon. next three with sliced Hasselback style and two had slices of fresh lemon stuffed in the slices and the third had ham and tomato slices in them. All of the chicken was seasoned with Mad Hunky Hot Whang! Chicken Rub.
Got the Keg heated and set to cook the chicken indirect. *Here it is at the start of the cook.
About halfway through the I added grated parmesan cheese and tomato sauce to the bigger one with the tomato slices.

Time to eat! Also had cornbread dressing and mixed veggies.
