WE ALL are already UNDER Judeo-Christian/Mosaic Law. The Ten Commandments are the corner stone of our entire judicial systems laws and regulations. Do not steal, Do not kill, Adultery etc.etc. There are penalties for all of these that you cannot escape from.

God is already "IN" government.

Hence also the reason Moses is carved into the Supreme Court entrance AND why almost every courthouse you enter has the Ten Commandments POSTED.

As far a being constitutional. I am unopposed to civil unions but I'm strongly against same sex marriage. Some have questioned should government be involved in marriage at all. Well that horse is already out of the barn. Churches have sanctioned marriages long before the government got involved. But since the government did adopt and sanction marriage based on the church's concept of marriage can we not agree that it is wrong for them to change the rules of the church. And make no mistake about it. If same sex marriage is universally adopted by the government, Churches will be mandated to accept couples who wish to be married in the church even if the churches dissaprove. Now if that is not government establishing religion then I don't know what is.

BTW, someone said earlier that "the fight against gay marriage has long been lost." Reaaaalllly? Then how come in every state where the legalization of it has been put to a vote, it has been defeated?? And yes, that includes California.
