Who couldn't like Mardi Gras? It's the only time of the year I get to run around half naked and drunk without caring!

Ive been down here since Friday working mardi Gras and the best view will be NOLA in my rear view mirror early wednesday mornin .
Leave it to Chad to do that.Wow! A half naked man and a religious discussion in the same thread about Mardi Gras!
Well we surely don't fast like Jesus did is what I'm getting at.
It's obviously not as fun for people that have to work for mardi gras....
I don't for care Wal-Mart... Anywhere that is a gathering place for the lowest common denominator, I don't want to be.
It'll never be fun for me after seeing the scurge that runs around here at Mardi Gras. 95% of the people staggering around here drunk don't have a clue what's lurking around the corrner.

Just kidding, Chad.

I don't like going to NO in the best of times.
The last time I went during Mardi Gras was 1959 when the Pershing Rifles company I was a member of marched in a couple of parades.
I lived in BR for 44y and never was tempted to return.
If I wanna see Mardi Gras I'll watch Easy Rider again. That's about the closest I care to get.
