    I simply exchanged numbers.

    The guy knew what my cousin did, so he asked for the number. Other than that, I had no idea what what happening or anything of the likes.

    So let me get this right. The owner of restaurant is a bookie. Your cousin is the middle man involved in a organized crime. I call this organized, due to the fact that most Asian descent crimes are way more involved than other ethnic groups. In most cases they pay rights to a larger group for a certain area. While these things take a lot of time and resources to prove, your cousin has pissed off some very determined persons.

    Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

    What you should do?.. My only advise would be to contact the authorities.

    I say we all go to the restaurant open carrying -- and have a cell phone conference call with LaCarry while we're eating. That'll scare the panties off any Shanghai Mafioso in this state.

    delete this thread, for your own sake, if you arent going to go to the police or take legal action.

    The reason I say so is because the red portion, if used in court, would be an argument for premeditation rather than simple defense because you're citing a specific person(not by name but by location and identified owner of a business) and that you are waiting for them to make a move, rather than seeking help.

    I'm not a lawyer though...cover your ass.

    A BIG + 1.

    WTF is with BS members doing stupid crap ,then asking for advice on what to do and then involving a weapon in the mix of stupidness.
    I guess I should read alot more threads but this seems like a new thing. Shooting couches, guns being confiscated in a house that they were illegally in and then bringing daddy to get it back, now asian organized crime.

    WTF

    Have you actually read the whole thread? All I did was give someone a number. There is no organized crime involved that I know of, no mafia or yakuzas or gangs.

    It simply involves 3 people. The guy who placed the bet (the one thats threatening me), my cousin ( a middleman for a bookmaker), and the bookmaker (the guy who ran off without paying)

    Its probably on par with the stupidity of the rest of the world. Maybe even a little less stupid.

    And that's what your missing

    The communication went like this:

    The manager==>YOU==>Cousin==>Bookie

    The diagram now looks like this:

    The manager==>YOU

    Since the bookie bounced and your cousin is in hiding he thinks your covering for you cousin or holding out on info that will help him retrieve his money.

    Whether that's true or not, the manager's missing his money.

    :)

    i can understand how someting like this can happen,it wasnt the smartest thing but it started off innocently enough...did the bookie die,,,i only ask because one of the guys i work with father in law was a bookie and he droped dead owing a lot of money...

    but your only legal recorse is telling the cops whats up but that leaves you selling out your cousin (witch has left you hanging anyway)
    or telling the manager to fk off because its not you and hope he is full of **** or if someone does come looking for you,,,,you've got your **** squared away and are ready for it...asking for advice other then completly legal on this web sight was asking to get flammed

    either way good luck

    must be a stressing thing, to be a bookie, b/c I also knew of one that died a couple years ago unexpectedly...

    but then again, I think he was murdered in his house.

    Everyones a Tough guy until they realize how easy it is to stop breathing from 1.5miles away, then they seem to mellow out. Send him a 4000fps message and let him know.

    Either way, grow some balls, if a man threatens me, theres 2 things that will happen, first thing is, im going to kill him, the second thing is, im going to clean my gun and go out to dinner.

    I put a high price on life.. especially my own, the value i put on mine is higher than the value i put on yours, thus, im not going to be the dead one.

    You posted here knowing that you were not going to call the police, well that leaves only one option, handle it urself, just dont come up short or you'll be getting skull fuked by a .45. Always try the talking approach, but once u know its not working, be prepared for the leaded approach, if you arent going to, then call the cops and move to Miami.

    I wasn't going to add my 2 cents, but I just have to know how you would propose to make someone stop breathing from 2640 yards away? The reference to 4000 fps would lead one to believe that the idea would be to shoot him from that far away. I am interested in the technical aspect of that shot. What would you use? Give me some details.
