    Pretty damning…

Was Trump's request for more security denied? The SS says no. Some guy on the internet said people told him it was denied. Therefore, the SS is lying? I'm not saying the SS did or didn't deny the request. They may have. But dan bongino saying they denied the request is not proof they denied the request.

Why was he allowed to walk around the fairgrounds with a rifle? He wasn't on the fairgrounds.

Why didn't SS take the shot when they had the opportunity? They were looking through their scopes 42 seconds before the shooting. They know he has a long rifle. They were told he was on the roof. Well, not exactly. They do appear to be looking through their scopes at some point. Did they see the guy on the roof? Maybe or maybe not. He started on the backside, the side hidden from view of the SS, of the peak of the roof. I've not seen reports of how long he was in position before he fired his first shot. And unless they saw the rifle, they might not have known about it. Ginger told the police about the guy on the roof. A number of people who are, for lack of a better word, ignorant about how this works may believe that all cops are the same, that if you tell one you've told them all. The local police outside of the event will not be in direct communication with the SS inside the event. Any information would need to go from the witness to the officer in the field to the police guy in the command center to the SS guy in the command center to the SS in the field. That path is not always as fast as people think it is. And if the officer in the field decided to verify the info before sending it up, that time increases a bit.

From what I can tell, mistakes were certainly made. But this guy isn't very good at pointing them out.

Thanks for this post that reveals a lot of anomalies counter to common sense in executive protection - to even neophytes like me. The whole thing really stinks - this was not in an urban environment with multi hi-rise vantage points. A relatively open field of view- less than 200 yds from the dais, a low eave height, low-slope prefab metal bldg as a sniper position??!! No drones?? Overlooked/ignored/ordered?? A guy observed and reported to police carrying a rifle and a ladder to access the position?? Video of USSS counter- snipers scoping said person in position +/- 40 seconds before the shots??
Are we all really stupid/psycho-conspiracy nuts as broad-brush painted by the Damnocraps and their mean screen media?
Who commands and controls the USSS? Are they under the same yoke and of the same ilk as the once vaunted FBI??
    Has another agency been weaponized??

Some guy? FACT: Rep Mike Waltz said Mister Rainbow Sprinkles Fairy Duster Mayorkas denied Trump additional SS protection ...his good word is proof enough for me!

Congressman Mike Waltz is a Colonel (Ret.) in the National Guard, a combat-decorated Green Beret, former White House and Pentagon policy advisor, a small business owner, an author, and a proud father. He is the first Green Beret to be elected to Congress. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with Honors and served 27 years in the U.S. Army and National Guard, retiring during his second term in Congress. After being commissioned as an Army lieutenant, Mike graduated Ranger School and was selected for the elite Green Berets, serving worldwide as a Special Forces officer with multiple combat tours in Afghanistan, the Middle East and Africa. For his actions in combat, Mike was awarded four Bronze Stars, including two for Valor.

I've been filtering the fluoride for decades -patterns are obvious. Suddenly they're parading Biden around like he's written the book on how to "turn down the political heat". His fake harmony speeches and interviews are ruling the airwaves -last week they had Trump in the crosshairs!

This was a total cluster FK! Shooter within a 8 iron on a white roof. Witnesses telling LEO about him. The counter snipers looking dead at the shooter…come on man!! This doesn’t take a tier one unit to secure the area. Doesn’t get much easier. White roof…total failure or the powers that be let the shooter get shots off before erasing any culpability.

Here's what seems like a pretty good summary of some things that may have gone wrong at the event.

Hoping the quality has reached its bottom. Time to pink slip all the clock watching tiktok addicts and get some old school LEO culture back in the saddles -nationwide.
You are correct, if this did in fact happen, they will circle the wagons and deny it forever.
It certainly did happen and they certainly are denying it.
