I just dont get the 40 cal.
I carry a 40 because the gun I like to carry currently is not chambered for 45. During the winter months when I wear a jacket then I'll carry my 45 with all them bullets but the reality is I'm 60 years old and never had the opportunity to shoot anyone or even come close to it and I'm probably... -

Think the motor survived?
I recently did the same to my Chevy. Had a leaking radiator, over heated the engine and by the time I got it cooled down and fixed the leak the engine started running bad. It definately had a miss. For you Still Hunters, looking for a new Climber
I have been using the same "Tree lounger" for over 15 years. It's a little heavy and can be a pain to carry, but I have never hunted in anyother climber that I feel safer in. Can't imagine using anything else. -

To get or not to get a ccw permit?
I would recommend the permit. As with anything else I guess it takes time to get adjusted to carrying and I can tell you I have probably spent too money much trying to get the right gun and holster but I think I have finally figured it out. I don't carry to be cool or tough, but todays society... -

TAURUS PT 709 Slim Feedback
My wife carries the 709, I carry the 740. I have never had a problem with either gun. They are very easy to conceal, seem to be well made and niether of them have had any feed issues. Like most pistols, it is essentail to keep them clean. -
